We offer versatile spaces designed for a multitude of uses: workshops, offices, residential work combinations. Current tenants include a great mix of artists, craftsmen and professionals, including a graphic artist company, a film producer (living and working), a bronze sculptor, a high-end welder, an artist, and a computer specialist. Tenants for the newer buildings will include the Trust For Public Land, a bicycle repair and custom build shop, and a chiropractor.
